· Refunds

· Exchange

· Exchange will be done if goods delivered are defected or different from the orders (we sent the wrong item).

· Goods must be in the original state.

· Customers will bear additional shipping costs if they wish to exchange for a another colour or size different from the initial order.

· Products

· Actual product might vary slightly in color from its photographs shown on http://casslonshop.blogspot.com. This can be caused by different lightings captured by the photographer or variation with different PC graphic cards and PC monitors.

· Those designs with prints, patterns, textures and floral might differ slightly from its photographs shown online when fabrics discontinued and are replaced by new, similar, seasonal fabrics.

· Clothing measurements used are in centimeters. Clothing measurements are taken with item lying flat (multiply by 2); please allow (+-)1-2 cm allowance in the measurements stated.
